Smart Leads Entry
Checks all counselors and the pasted batch. Only matching last 8 mobile digits count as a duplicate; identical names with different mobile numbers are allowed.
Duplicate checking uses only the last 8 digits of mobile numbers, not names. All counselor sheets are refreshed before extraction and again before sending.

Assign Leads to Counselors
Enter one number to give every counselor the same quantity, set a custom count for one counselor, or assign leads row by row.
Equal Bulk Assignment — Same Count for Everyone
Example: Enter 2 and each available counselor gets 2 leads in total. Previously assigned leads count toward the target; no existing assignment is replaced.
Custom Count — Specific Counselors
Enter a separate number next to any counselor to give them that many additional unassigned leads. Leave others at 0.
Choose equal bulk, custom counts, or individual row assignments.

Use the Counselor dropdown next to any lead to assign or change it.
